Using Zurel Pro, you can register a visitor for your organization.
Step 1. Select the "Register a Visitor" icon from the toolbar
The Register a Visitor icon is available on the toolbar at the bottom of the Visitors Log Dashboard page.

It is also available on the expanded toolbar at the bottom of the Visitors Log Site page. If the toolbar is not expanded, click the expansion icon located at the bottom-right corner (A) of the screen.

Step 2. Select "Register Now"
From the Select a registration method dialogue box, select Register Now (A).

If your organization allows visitors to self-register, you may also select the option to send a registration link. Read here for help on sending a registration link.
Step 3. Enter the visitor's name
Enter the visitor's first and last name. The names are mandatory but do not need to be unique.
Click on Organization (A) to select the visitor's organization

Step 4. Select an organization
Select the visitor's organization from the list of organizations (A). If you do not see the visitor's organization, type the organization's name in the search box (B). Once you select an organization, jump to Step 6.
If you cannot find the visitor's organization, select Add an Organization (C) to add one.
Step 5. Add an organization if it cannot be found in the list
Enter the name of the organization in the text box (A) and select Add.
Please note that the organization is not added until the registration process is complete (Step 6).
Step 6. Enter visitor's contact information
Enter the visitor's contact information. You need to enter at least one valid contact information, either an e-mail address (A) or the phone number (B), where the visitor can receive e-mails or text messages. You do not need to provide both the e-mail address and the phone number.
Once done, select Register (C) to complete the registration.

If the registration was successful, you will see the following message box indicating so. Select OK to continue.

If the contact information you entered is already being used to register another visitor, you will receive the following message box with information about the visitor. Select OK to continue and enter contact information that is not being used.

NOTE: When registering using this method, the visitor does not receive any message at the end of the registration process. The visitor will receive a message with a validation code when he/she first signs in. If you want to, you can validate the contact information by performing the "Look me up" step of the sign-in process and making sure the visitor receives a message with a sign-in code.
