Using Zurel Pro, you may send someone an e-mail message or a text message with a self-registration link. Please, read the note at the end of this article to understand the pros and the cons of self-registration links.
Step 1. Select the "Register a Visitor" button from the toolbar
From the toolbar, select the Register a Visitor button. The Register a Visitor button is available on the toolbar at the bottom of the Visitors Log Dashboard page.

It is also available on the expanded toolbar at the bottom of the Visitors Log Site page. If the toolbar is not expanded, click the expansion icon located at the bottom-right corner (A) of the screen.
Step 2. Select "Register Now"
From the "Select a registration method" list, select Send a Registration Link (A). If this item is grayed out and cannot be selected, it is because your organization does not allow visitors to self-register.

Instead of sending a link, you can also register a visitor using your Zurel Pro app. Read p for the instruction.
Step 2. Enter the recipient's contact
In the text entry box (A) of "Send a registration link" dialogue box, enter the recipient's e-mail address or phone number and select Send.
Make sure to enter the correct contact information. An unintended recipient may try to register.
Note on self-registration link
Registration links are great tools to allow your visitors to pre-register before they arrive at a site. Anyone with the link can self-register, register someone else, or share the link with others. For example, with a registration link, a foreman may register him/herself, register his/her crew members or share the link with the crew members to pre-register themselves.
Because anyone, including an unintended recipient, can self-register, cautions should be exercised when sending a link. Make sure to check the correctness of the e-mail address or the phone number before sending it.
A self-registration link does not allow its recipient to sign in. After registering, the recipient needs to use one of the sign-in methods to sing in.
If your organization has disabled self-registration, you would not be able to send a self-registration link.
