If you have the Crew Lead feature enabled, you can label a site visitor a Crew Lead, enabling the visitor to sign in his or her crew members at a job site.
Platform: Zurel Pro app
On your Zurel Pro app, Navigate to your Visitor Log Dashboard by selecting Site Visit Log from the root menu. Doing so opens your Site Dashboard which lists all your active job sites.

From the Visitor Log Dashboard, select a job site (A) where the visitor is signed in to open its Site Dashboard Keep in mind that a visitor has to be signed in at a job site before he/she can sign in crew members.
Site Dashboard
The Site Dashboard lists all the visitors who have signed in at the job site. From the list, select the visitor (A) to open the Visitor’s Profile. Make sure that the visitor has successfully signed in (B).
Visitor’s Profile
Towards the bottom of the Visitor’s Profile page is the Visitor Information section. In this section, tap on the Crew Lead. You will be asked to confirm your selection.
Select Yes to confirm your selection.
On the top of the Visitor’s Profile page, a badge labeled Crew Lead (A) indicates that the visitors have been labeled so. Tap on the back arrow (B) to go back to the Site Dashboard.
Site Dashboard
On the Site Dashboard, all the crew leads are indicated by an “L” symbol.
The visitor should now be able to sign in for crew members at the job site.
Please, keep in mind that a crew lead can sign in crew members only from his/her organization and only at the job site where he/she is signed in.
