Foreman's Portal Guide

The Foreman’s Portal is a Zurel Site Visits Log feature that allows site visitors, such as foremen, to manage their crew’s sign-in at your job sites. With it, the foremen can:

• View the list of all the crew members from their organizations that are currently signed in at your job sites.

• Sign in their other crew members at your job site.

• Register new crew members from their organizations.

It should be noted that:

• The foremen do not need to use the Zurel Pro app on their smartphones to use this feature. They can access the Foreman’s Portal from the Visitor’s Badge they get after they sign in.

• In order to access the Foreman Portal, the foreman using it has to be signed in at your job site.

• The Foreman’s Portal can be only be used to sign in other visitors registered with the same organization as the foreman.

• The foreman can sign in other crew members only at the job sites where he or she is currently also signed in.

• On the portal, the foreman can only see the list of visitors from his or her organization currently signed in at the job site where the foreman is signed in.
