Safety Inspector - Inspection Objects page lists all the objects available for inspection and lets you add new objects.
Inspection Objects settings can only be accessed by Admin and Safety Managers.
You can navigate to this page from the Zurel web app root menu by selecting Settings > Safety Inspector> General Inspections > Inspection Objects
1. Inspection Objects List
This item lists all available objects which will be used for inspection. It has the following columns:
Object Name
The name of the object and its description.
Type
The category the object belongs to. You can find more about object types in the object types page guide.
Job
The job that inspection object belongs to and where the inspection will be performed.
Modified On
The latest date when the details for the inspection object was changed.
Modified By
The name of the user who last modified the object details.
QR code
The icon, when clicked, lets you generate a QR code for the inspection object. The QR code can be scanned to inspect those objects.
Status
The status of the inspection object. It lets you know whether the inspection object is active (in use) or suspended. Inspections can’t be performed on suspended objects.
Clicking the checkboxes beside the equipment lets you select them. You can perform different actions on the selected equipment.
2. Action Button
This button lets you perform the following actions:
Add New
This option lets you add new inspection objects to the list.
Activate
This option lets you set the status of the object as Active. Active objects can be inspected.
Close
This option lets you change the status of suspended object to close. Closed objects can’t be inspected.
3. Edit Button
This button lets you change the details of the object.
4. Delete Button
This button lets you permanently delete the object from the list.
5. Share Button
This button lets you share the object with other connected organizations for inspection. Clicking on it opens a window where you can see the list of organizations the object is shared with.
Click on share this object and select client to share the object with an organization. Clicking on Unshare lets you un-share the object with a connected organization.
