Safety Inspector - Equipment Inspections dashboard lets you see all the details related to equipment inspections done within the selected date range. You can also share equipment forms from this page to a client.
Only Admins and SI Managers can fully access this page.
You can navigate to this page from the Zurel web app root menu by selecting Safety Inspector> Equipment Inspections
This page has the following items (as labeled above):
1. Filter
This item lets you filter the dashboard according to date.
2. Equipment type table
This table shows you information about the equipment types that have been inspected. It has the following columns:
Equipment Types
The name of the category the inspected equipment belong to.
Reports
The number of submitted inspection reports of that equipment types.
3. Summary Blocks
This item gives you a summary of the most important information in the dashboard.
Total
The total number of equipment inspection reports performed within the date range selected in Filter.
Open
The number of reports in the Open stage.
Submitted
The number of reports in the Submitted stage.
Closed
The number of reports in the Closed stage.
4. Action
This button lets you share an equipment with other connected organizations so that inspections can be performed on them.
5. Equipment
This table lists all the equipment that have been inspected. It has the following columns:
Equipment
The name of the equipment.
Reports
The number of reports that have been submitted for that equipment.
6. Jobs
This table lists the jobs the inspection was done in. It has the following columns:
Job
The name of the job.
Reports
The number of reports from that job.
7. Responsible Parties
This table lists the organizations responsible for addressing the inspection items. It has the following columns:
Responsible Party
The name of the organization responsible for the inspection.
Reports
The number of reports that the responsible party is selected for.
8. Inspection Reports
This table lists all the equipment inspection reports submitted in the selected date range. It has the following columns:
Equipment
The name of the equipment
Equipment Types
The equipment type the inspected equipment belongs to.
Inspection Form
The name of the form used for the inspections.
Job
The name and id of the job that the inspection was performed for.
Inspector
The name of the safety inspector who performed the inspection.
Submitting Organization
The name of the organization that submitted the report.
Inspection Date
The date of inspection.
Stage
The stage the inspection report is in. To learn more about inspection stages see equipment inspection report preview page.
The checkboxes beside the inspection reports on the table lets you select them. Selecting any report activates the export button.
Clicking on the reports opens them in preview mode which lets you see the details of a report and perform various actions on it.
9. Export
This button lets you download the inspection reports in PDF form.
