Safety Inspector- Jobs page allows a user to edit inspection items and points to suit a specific job.
You can navigate to this page from the Zurel web app root menu by selecting:
Settings > Safety Inspector>Job Site Inspections >Jobs.
This page can only be accessed by Admin and Safety Managers.
This page has the following items (as labeled above):
1 . Job Stage
The Job Stage lets you filter the page according to what stage the job is in. The jobs can be in closed or open stages. Closed jobs are inactive jobs.
2. Search Job
The Search Job box lets you search for jobs manually.
3. Jobs List
The Jobs List displays more information about jobs, inspection items and points. It has the following columns:
Job ID
The unique name used to identify a job.
Job Name
The full name of the job.
Inspection Items
The number of relevant inspection items.
Possible Points
The total number of possible points from all inspection items.
Enable Inspection
The checkmarks in this column indicate that a job is enabled for inspection. If blank, it means inspection cannot be performed for that job.
Clicking on any row in the Jobs list opens the Job’s Settings page.
