Safety Training- Topic Page which lets you modify and add details to your toolbox talks topics.
You will see this page when you add a new topic or edit a topic in the Topics List.
The Topic page is divided into three sections:

Topic Configuration
The Topic Configuration section lets you define the requirements of your toolbox talks meetings and who will participate in them.
This section has the following items (in the order they are listed in the attachments above):
1. Topic:
This is the name of the topic.
2. Topic ID:
This item displays the Topic ID.
3. Status:
This item shows the status of the toolbox topic.
4. Require Signature:
This item lets you make host or participant signatures mandatory. Ticking on the Host checkbox makes it mandatory for hosts to sign their toolbox meeting form and ticking on the Participant checkbox makes it mandatory for all your attendees to sign their meeting forms.
5. Require job ID:
This item allows you to set job as a mandatory field in your toolbox talk meeting form.
6. Participants
This item lets you choose who can participate in your toolbox talks topic. Participants can be your Zurel users or guests.
7. Require Meeting Title
This item lets you make entering a title for your toolbox meeting mandatory
8. Host’s Acknowledgement Text
This item lets you display a text along with a checkbox before the host's signature panel. The host needs to select the checkbox to be able to sign and submit their meeting form for the topic.
9. Share Document Portal
This item lets you send a document portal to every participant that has registered with their email address after the meeting ends.
Topic Content
The Topic Content section of this page lets you add in the content that appears in your toolbox talks meeting form for the topic.
This section has the following items (in the order labeled above):
1. English/Spanish Tabs:
Here, add contents in both English and Spanish. When Spanish content is added to a topic, hosts and participants have an option to switch between the two languages on their toolbox portals.
2. Textual Content:
Here, you can add text that will appear in your meeting portals. You have the option to format the text you enter in this box. You can also enter links into this field.
3. Web Page Link:
Here, you can add a link to an external page.
4. Video Link:
Here, you can add a link to a video. You can open the video link on a separate tab by clicking on the blue External Link icon that appears beside the Video Link text box.
5. Attachment:
Here, you can attach PDF files to your toolbox topic. You can do this by either clicking the + icon beside Attachment or drag and drop your pdf file into the Attachment box directly from your computer.
6. Participant's Acknowledgement Text
Here, you can add the acknowledgment texts that you want your toolbox meeting participants or the topic reviewers to acknowledge when they submit their signatures.
Topic Questionnaire
Finally, the Topic Assessment section of this page can create a questionnaire. If enabled, the questionnaire appears as a quiz after participant submits their meeting form and lets your assess your participant's knowledge on the topic.
The Topic Quiz Section has the following items:
1. Enable Topic Quiz
This checkbox enables quiz for the toolbox topic.
2. English/Spanish Tabs
This section lets you add English and Spanish questionnaires in the toolbox form.
3. Topic Questionnaire
This section lets you add questions and answer choices for your topic quiz. After a question has been added by using the + Add Question button (item 4 of this section), the Topic Questionnaire looks like the attachment below:
Each question has the following items:
a. Quiz Question:
This text box lets you enter your question into the questionnaire.
b. Answer Choices:
This item lets you add your answers to each of your questions. Make sure you always enter the correct answer into the first answer box. When the answers are later displayed on the topic quiz to your participant, the answers will be given to the user in a random order.
c. + (Add Answer):
This button lets you add new Answer Choices. A user may add up to 5 answer choices per question.
d. Enable Question:
This checkbox lets you enable and disable individual quiz question. Disabled questions won’t appear in the quiz.
4. +(Add Question)
The + (Add Question) button lets you add new questions into the Topic Questionnaire (item 3 of Topic Assessment). Clicking on this button makes a new question appear in the Topic Questionnaire.
Edit Icon
The Edit icon only appears when you hover over editable content. You can edit questions and answers with this icon.
Delete Icon
The Delete icon also appears when you hover over removable content. You can use the Delete icon to delete questions and answers.
