How to add a web page link

Attaching a web page link to your toolbox topics helps you make your toolbox talks meetings more informative. You might want to attach a web page link to your toolbox topic when you want your attendees or reviewers to visit another website related to the toolbox topic. To attach a web page link to a toolbox topic, you need the Toolbox Talks Admin or Manager role. If you have a Job Manager role, you can only view the List of Topics page.

From the Zurel.app website dashboard, select Settings>Toolbox Talks> Topics to navigate to the List of Topics page.

After the List of Topics page opens, select any topic (A). Selecting a topic opens the Topic page.

On the Topic page, Scroll down to find Web Page Link: under the Topic Content section. You can separately add video links in both Spanish and English tabs. In both tabs, copy and paste your link into the Web Page Link box (A). Clicking on the blue arrow beside the box opens your link and lets you verify if it’s the right link.

After you have verified your link, click the save button at the bottom of the Topic page.

Now your attendees will be able to click on the link while reviewing the topic and visit the website.
